Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund or exchange:

• Chocolate products: 7 days from receipt
• Mugs and other items: 14 days from receipt

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at info@cheekybrewtime.co.uk or text 07710255586 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Chocolate products must be unopened. Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
