We want you to love your cheeky gifts! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our returns work:

Return Timeframes

• Mugs: 14 days from delivery
• Chocolate: 7 days from delivery (due to freshness)
• Personalised items: Non-refundable (as these are custom-made for you unless it is our fault with damaged items or incorrect spelling )

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

Contact us at info@cheekybrewtime.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Please note: customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original delivery cost.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@cheekybrewtime.co.uk with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover return postage in these cases.
